Ingredients

  • 8 medium potatoes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 lb. butter or oleo
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Peel potatoes, slice lengthwise into eighths.
  2. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Roll potatoes in butter, arrange in pan and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Combine flour and cheese; sprinkle over potatoes.
  5. Bake in 350° oven, uncovered, for about an hour or until tender.
  6. Turn potatoes in pan to coat.
