Instructions
- Peel potatoes, slice lengthwise into eighths.
- Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
- Roll potatoes in butter, arrange in pan and sprinkle with salt.
- Combine flour and cheese; sprinkle over potatoes.
- Bake in 350° oven, uncovered, for about an hour or until tender.
- Turn potatoes in pan to coat.
