Crock Pot Pepper Roast

- Place about 5 or 6 roasted pepperoni peppers in the bottom of the crock pot.
- Put the chuck or pot roast on top of the peppers.
- Pour the remaining peppers and their juice over the roast.
- Cook on low all day while you are at work.
- Alternatively, put it on before bed and cook overnight.
- Refrigerate the leftovers in the morning.
