Crock Pot Pepper Roast

Ingredients

  • big or small jar of roasted pepperoni peppers
  • chuck or pot roast
  • potatoes (optional)
  • carrots (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place about 5 or 6 roasted pepperoni peppers in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Put the chuck or pot roast on top of the peppers.
  3. Pour the remaining peppers and their juice over the roast.
  4. Cook on low all day while you are at work.
  5. Alternatively, put it on before bed and cook overnight.
  6. Refrigerate the leftovers in the morning.
