Ingredients

  • 1 large brisket
  • 1 jar Heinz chile sauce
  • rye bread
  • 1 can beer
  • 1 large onion
  • garlic powder
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Lay slices of rye bread in the bottom of the Dutch oven.
  2. Place the brisket, with the fat side down, on top of the bread in the Dutch oven. Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper on the brisket.
  3. Add the sliced onion into the Dutch oven around the meat.
  4. Pour the can of beer over the meat.
  5. Spread the jar of Heinz chile sauce over the meat.
  6. Cover the Dutch oven with its lid and cook.
