Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen vegetables
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 lb. beef stew
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place frozen vegetables in the bottom of the crock-pot.
  2. Add the beef stew to the crock-pot.
  3. Mix the tomato soup, Lipton onion soup mix, water, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Pour the mixture over the meat and vegetables in the crock-pot.
  5. Cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 4 hours.
