Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package macaroni
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cups sweet milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups sharp cheese shredded
  • 1 cup medium cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente, then drain.
  2. Grease the crockpot and layer cooked macaroni, shredded sharp cheese, and margarine.
  3. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on each layer.
  4. In a bowl, mix evaporated milk, sweet milk, and beaten eggs.
  5. Pour the milk and egg mixture over the layered ingredients in the crockpot.
  6. Top with remaining shredded cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours without opening or stirring during cooking.
