Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Cream together the yellow cake mix and butter or margarine, then set aside 2/3 cup of the mixture for the topping.
  2. Add cinnamon and brown sugar to the reserved topping mixture.
  3. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Spread fresh blueberries evenly over the crumb base.
  5. Beat together sour cream and egg until well combined.
  6. Pour the sour cream and egg mixture over the blueberries.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved topping over the top of the filling.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes until golden and set.
