Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 c. toasted rice cereal
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 oz. instant chocolate pudding

Instructions

  1. Coat an 8-inch pie plate with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large nonstick saucepan, warm the peanut butter and honey over low heat until the peanut butter has melted.
  3. Remove the pan from heat and stir in the toasted rice cereal.
  4. Press the cereal mixture into the bottom and up the sides of the pie plate.
  5. Freeze the pie for 1 hour before serving.
