Ingredients

  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Mix the sifted flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together.

  3. Place blueberries, peaches, or apples in a 9-inch pan.
