Celebrate the holidays with this luscious trifle featuring layers of vanilla pudding, fresh strawberries, white chocolate, and whipped topping, perfect for festive gatherings and dessert lovers.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 c. milk
  • 6 sq. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (500 ml) container Cool Whip frozen whipped topping
  • 1/2 pound cake
  • 1/4 c. orange juice
  • 2 1/2 c. sliced and sweetened fresh strawberries
  • 5 sq. white chocolate, grated

Instructions

  1. Prepare pudding according to package directions with milk. Remove from heat, stir in chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill.
  3. Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping.
  4. Cut the pound cake into small cubes and drizzle with orange juice.
  5. In the bottom of a deep glass bowl, layer half the sliced strawberries, half the pudding, and half the grated white chocolate.
  6. Repeat layers with remaining strawberries, pudding, and grated chocolate.
  7. Top with the remaining whipped topping.
  8. Garnish with whole strawberries and drizzle melted white chocolate over the top.
