Crunchy Clusters are sweet, crunchy confections combining chocolate, peanuts, and noodles or pretzels, perfect for satisfying snack cravings or sharing at gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz. chocolate chips or butterscotch chips
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 3 oz. chow mein noodles or 2 cups pretzel sticks, broken
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
  2. Over low heat, melt the chocolate chips or butterscotch chips with the Eagle Brand milk; remove from heat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chow mein noodles or broken pretzel sticks and dry roasted peanuts.
  4. Stir the melted chocolate mixture into the noodle/peanut mixture until well coated.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared waxed paper.
  6. Let set until firm.
  7. Store at room temperature.
