Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 pound lard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • milk

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, salt, brown sugar, and lard in a large pan until the mixture is crumbly.
  2. In a small cup, beat the egg and vinegar together. Fill the cup with milk to make one cup.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and mix until the dough will come off of your hands.
