Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. oleo (butter)
  • 1 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 can fruit
  • 1 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo (butter) in a deep dish or baking dish.
  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, sugar, and milk in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the batter over the melted oleo without stirring.
  4. Pour one can of fruit with juice over the batter.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
