Ingredients

  • 1 lb vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle vanilla wafer crumbs into a pie plate to form the base.
  2. Add 1 cup of strawberries, fresh or frozen, on top of the crumbs.
  3. Add the remaining vanilla wafer crumbs over the strawberries.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for as long as possible before serving.
