Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream of potato soup
  • 2 cans corn (1 undrained)
  • 2 cans milk
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1 small green pepper

Instructions

  1. Saute diced onion and chopped green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Blend all ingredients, including sautéed vegetables, into the crock-pot.
  3. Cook on high for 1 hour, then on low for 2 to 3 hours until heated through and flavors meld.
