Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. beef broth
  • 1 lb. cube steaks
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large (12-inch) skillet over moderate-high heat.
  2. Season steaks with salt and black pepper.
  3. Sauté steaks until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
  4. Reduce heat to moderate.
  5. Stir in beef broth and horseradish and bring to a boil.
  6. Serve immediately.
