Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
  • 8 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup and the mushrooms.
  3. Heat until bubbly.
  4. Add the sour cream and stir.
  5. Heat only until warmed through, then serve over cooked rice or noodles.
