Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 2 (3 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Coarsely grate peeled cucumber; drain, reserving liquid.
  2. Soften the cream cheese and add lemon juice, mixing well.
  3. Stir in chopped onion and grated cucumber.
