Instructions
- Soak cucumbers and onions in salt water for 2 hours (1/2 cup salt to 1 gallon water or 3 quarts).
- Drain; rinse.
- Boil sugar, vinegar, and celery seed.
- Cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and onions. Mix well.
- Freeze for 5 days.
