Cucumber-garlic dip

Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and quartered
  • 1 container (8 ounces) cottage cheese
  • 1 packages (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 packages (0.4 ounces) ranch - style salad dressing mix
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 Fresh vegetables or chips to serve

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients; process until cucumber and pecans are pureed.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled.
  3. Serve with fresh vegetables or chips.
