Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups dry curd cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion juice
  • pinch of dried tarragon

Instructions

  1. Whirl cucumber in an electric blender until mushy.
  2. Gradually add cottage cheese while blending.
  3. Add mayonnaise, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic salt, onion juice, and dried tarragon.
  4. Mix until well combined.
