Ingredients

  • 1 large cucumber, pared
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. thick sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice cucumber very thin.
  2. Put in bowl and sprinkle with salt. Set in refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. Rinse cucumber two or three times in cold water and drain.
  4. Toss with dressing, blending the sour cream, vinegar, and paprika.
