Curried Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole cashews
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Instructions

  1. Heat a small frying pan and toast the cashews until golden brown. Add the honey and curry powder and cook until the honey is caramelized. Immediately spread on parchment paper and allow to cool.
