Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups corn
  • 2 cups scalded milk
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Pour melted butter into scalded milk.
  2. Add eggs, salt, pepper, sugar, and corn to the mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
  4. Set the dish in water to create a water bath.
  5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°F until set.
