Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork, beef, veal or venison cutlets
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. cheese cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs in milk.
  2. Roll meat in egg mixture, then cracker crumbs.
  3. Repeat by rolling meat again in eggs and cracker crumbs.
  4. Fry in medium hot oil slowly until cooked through.
  5. Cover meat with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Cover pan until cheese melts and is bubbly.
