Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 c. ground pecans
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip (from a 9 oz. container)
  • 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding

Instructions

  1. Blend flour, margarine and pecans like pie dough.
  2. Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake in a 350° oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Chill.
