Instructions
- Fry bacon cubes in a skillet until brown and crisp.
- Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of bacon drippings.
- In a bowl, beat together eggs and corn.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture over bacon cubes and cook until eggs are set and lightly browned underneath.
