Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton soup mix (herb with garlic or onion)
  • 1 1/2 lb. assorted vegetables
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss assorted vegetables and soup mix with vegetable oil.
  3. Place the mixture in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring once.
