Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 qt. dandelion blossoms
  • 4 qt. boiling water
  • 3 qt. sugar
  • 1 lb. seedless raisins
  • 1 orange
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cake yeast

Instructions

  1. Wash blossoms well and drain.
  2. In a large container with cover, pour boiling water over dandelion blossoms and let stand overnight.
  3. The next morning, strain out blossoms and discard them.
  4. Return liquid to container and add sugar.
