Ingredients

  • 2 gal. sliced cucumbers
  • 3 gal. cold water
  • 2 c. lime
  • 2 1/2 qt. vinegar
  • 7 pt. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 box pickling spice (1 1/2 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Let set overnight.
  2. Boil together for 35 minutes.
  3. Add some green food coloring to the juice.
  4. Put into jars and seal.
