Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and 6 tablespoons of sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Add flour and baking powder; mix well.
  4. Pat the mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
