Instructions
- Chill bowl and beater.
- In a medium saucepan, mix chocolate, water, sugar, coffee, and salt.
- Set over low heat, stirring until chocolate melts and mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir constantly while adding milk.
- Return to heat until scalded, not boiled.
- Beat whipping cream in a well-chilled bowl until cream stands in peaks.
- Serve coffee piping hot, each serving topped with whipped cream.
