Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sifted flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until thick and lemon colored.
  2. Stir in milk.
  3. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; mix until smooth.
  4. Drop in small amounts (1 Tbsp. for a 3-inch cake) into a moderately hot buttered griddle.
  5. Spread batter to make thin cakes.
