Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 7/16 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 1/8 cups flour
  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cardamom
  • 3 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 7 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix the eggs and the sugar, add the flour, the spices, the baking powder and the milk and lastly, add the melted butter.
  3. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Bake for approximately 40-45 minutes.
  5. Let it cool.
