Ingredients

  • 1 c. walnuts, chopped
  • 1 c. dates, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, milk, flour, and sugar together.
  2. Add chopped walnuts, chopped dates, and vanilla extract.
  3. Pour mixture into a loaf tin.
  4. Bake in a slow oven at 350°F (about 175°C) until solid or a knife inserted comes out clean.
