Instructions
- Cook onions, peppers, garlic and hamburger together, drain. Add whole tomatoes (cut with spoon) and liquid.
- Add stewed tomatoes, cumin, sugar and bouillon cubes.
- Let simmer so it gets thick, almost 1 hour.
- Add chili powder and beans (do not drain). Heat thoroughly.
