Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 heaping cup chicken grease or 1/4 cup shortening plus oil to make 1 cup
  • 2 heaping cups shortening
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 4 heaping cups flour

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
  2. Divide and roll out for your pie shells as needed.
  3. Freeze any leftovers for future use; the crust freezes well.
