Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup dried apricots
  • 1 1/2 cups apple or pineapple juice
  • 2/3 cup soft dates, chopped

Instructions

  1. Soak apricots overnight in juice.
  2. Bring the soaked apricots and juice to a boil and simmer until soft or just tender.
  3. Whiz all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  4. Serve on toast, waffles, or other breakfast items.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
