Ingredients

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flaked coconut
  • 3/4 c. chopped pitted dates
  • 1/2 c. sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In a small mixer bowl, beat egg whites, vanilla, and almond extracts until soft peaks form.
  2. Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold in coconut, chopped dates, and sliced almonds.
