Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut cheese into bite-size cubes.
  2. Dip each cube in flour, cream and then bread crumbs.
  3. Repeat.
  4. (Be sure to have a heavy coat of bread crumbs, otherwise the cheese will leak out during cooking.)
  5. Heat oil (about 2-inches deep) in fondue pot and cook cubes until golden brown.
