Deep Fried Cheese Bits
Ingredients
Instructions
- Cut cheese into bite-size cubes.
- Dip each cube in flour, cream and then bread crumbs.
- Repeat.
- (Be sure to have a heavy coat of bread crumbs, otherwise the cheese will leak out during cooking.)
- Heat oil (about 2-inches deep) in fondue pot and cook cubes until golden brown.
