Ingredients

  • 2 lb. halibut fillets
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt 1/2 cup of butter or margarine in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
  3. Roll the halibut fillets in the melted butter or margarine.
  4. Dredge the coated fillets in cracker or bread crumbs until well coated.
  5. Return the coated fillets to the baking dish.
  6. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or until the fillets are cooked through and crispy.
