Deep Fried Rosettes :)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour β“˜
  • 1 cup milk β“˜
  • 1 egg β“˜
  • 1 teaspoon salt β“˜
  • 1 tablespoon sugar β“˜
  • powdered sugar, for the cookies (I sprinkle my powdered sugar over my cookies) β“˜

Instructions

  1. First heat oil to cook the rosettes in and get your rosettes iron nice and hot.
  2. I heat my oil to 350.
  3. Mix all ingredients with a whisk and dip your rosettes iron in batter and dip in heated oil. Take off iron, I use a knife to help slide it off and then put them on foil and sprinkle with powdered sugar and place in boxes.
