Ingredients

  • 2 bottles of BBQ sauce (original)
  • 2 onions
  • Louisiana Hot Sauce
  • Mrs. Dash
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Layer sliced onions and deer meat in a crock pot, starting with onions at the bottom.
  2. On each layer, add hot sauce, Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper.
  3. Repeat layering until reaching the top of the crock pot.
  4. Pour Worcestershire sauce over the top layer of meat.
  5. Add thin lemon slices as the top layer.
  6. Cook until the meat falls apart, then drain off excess liquid.
  7. Crumble the meat and stir in BBQ sauce before serving.
