- Layer sliced onions and deer meat in a crock pot, starting with onions at the bottom.
- On each layer, add hot sauce, Mrs. Dash, salt, and pepper.
- Repeat layering until reaching the top of the crock pot.
- Pour Worcestershire sauce over the top layer of meat.
- Add thin lemon slices as the top layer.
- Cook until the meat falls apart, then drain off excess liquid.
- Crumble the meat and stir in BBQ sauce before serving.
