Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) box lasagna noodles
  • 1 large carton cottage cheese
  • 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms
  • basil to taste
  • oregano to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef; drain.
  2. Add spaghetti sauce and spices; simmer while lasagna noodles are cooking.
  3. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  4. Layer 1/3 of noodles, 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce, 1/3 of all three cheeses, beginning with cottage cheese and ending with Mozzarella.
  5. Repeat twice.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
