Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • ladyfingers or graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Line a spring-form pan with ladyfingers or graham cracker crust.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, egg yolks, vanilla, and lemon juice.
  3. Add sour cream to the mixture.
  4. Fold in beaten whites of eggs gently.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared crust.
  6. Bake at 300°F (150°C) for 1 hour.
  7. Leave in the open oven for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  8. Leave in the oven for an additional 1/2 hour before removing.
