Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 lb. 10x sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • fresh coconut to taste

Instructions

  1. Cream together margarine and cream cheese.
  2. Add 10x sugar, salt, vanilla, and fresh coconut.
  3. Place in refrigerator to chill.
  4. Shape into eggs.
  5. For peanut butter eggs, put in the refrigerator to harden for about 5 minutes and add 1 1/2 cups peanut butter instead of coconut or peppermint to taste.
