Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 4 small cans tomato sauce
  • 1 package chili mix
  • 1 package ground meat
  • 4 cans chili beans
  • 2 packages flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground meat in a large skillet.
  2. Place the cooked meat in a large pan with the chili beans; save the grease from the meat.
  3. Add flour to the hot grease and stir to prevent clumping.
  4. Cook until golden brown, then add chili mix and tomato sauce, stirring constantly.
  5. Roll the meat and bean mixture into the flour tortillas.
  6. Pour the sauce over the assembled enchiladas, covering them completely.
  7. Cover with shredded cheese.
  8. Bake at 375°F until the cheese is melted.
