Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 potatoes
  • 1/4 lb oleo
  • 3 stalks celery
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 small can Pet milk
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can cream soup
  • 1 small jar pimento

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until done, then drain and set aside.
  2. Cook chopped celery, green pepper, and onion in oleo until tender.
  3. Add milk, cream soup, and Velveeta cheese to the cooked vegetables.
  4. Cook until the cheese melts and mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the cheese and vegetable mixture over the boiled potatoes in a casserole dish.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F until bubbly and heated through.
