Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 lb. ribs
  • 1 c. open pit barbecue sauce
  • 6 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cook ribs side down for 1 hour at 325°.
  2. Cover loosely with foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
  3. Drain pan.
  4. Pour sauce over ribs.
  5. Cover loosely and bake 45 minutes.
