Ingredients

  • 1 large jar Peter Piper Kosher Dill pickles
  • 1 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard seed

Instructions

  1. Drain pickles well in a colander and slice about 1/4-inch thick.
  2. Return the sliced pickles to the jar, layering them and sprinkling sugar and mustard seed over each layer.
  3. Close the jar tightly and seal it with several layers of masking tape, ensuring a good seal.
  4. Turn the jar upside down twice daily for two days.
  5. Refrigerate and enjoy!
