Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 bunches turnip greens
  • 6 to 8 bunches mustard greens
  • 6 to 8 bunches kale greens
  • 1 Tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pick and wash the greens until clean.
  2. Boil hamhocks in 4 quarts of water and cook for about 30 minutes on low heat.
  3. Add salt, a dash of sugar, and the washed greens to the pot.
  4. Cook on medium heat until the greens are tender and cooked through.
